Prevention & Education: School Awareness Program
Presentation on Anti-Corruption,
Transparency and Good Governance
School Awareness program took place on the 26th of April 2018 at the University of Seychelles, Anse Royale. The presentation was attended by the ACADEMIA which included Seychelles Business Studies Academy (SBSA), School of Advanced Level Studies (SALS), Seychelles Institute of Art & Design (SIAD) & University of Seychelles (Unisey). We had a total of around 80 students from all four Academies who attended the presentation.
The students showed great
interest and participated to the best of their knowledge on the topic and were
also very interested in joining the anti-corruption Committee to make their
voices heard and contribute to making a positive impact.
The purpose/objectives:

Assess the students? level of
awareness and understanding of corruption.
·
Educate them about corruption.
·
Train them on how to identify, prevent
and report corruption in their respective schools.
·
How to disseminate information to
their colleagues.
·
Groom them to be a person of integrity
and be always honest for a corruption free generation.
